Shipping and Returns
When will my order arrive?
Once you receive a confirmation email of your purchase, we will
start processing your order, and tracking information will usually
be available within 3 business days. The order will arrived within
5-10 business days from the issuing of the tracking. Depending on
the location of your item being shipped out and the destination
country, it make take up to 15-20 business days for your order to
be arrived.
We do apologize that we are unable to control any delay caused by
the carrier and/or by Customs Clearance.
Tracking your shipment
Tracking information is provided once the order is being processed
and shipped. Please kindly note that it may take a few business
days for the first tracking information status online. You may
track your shipment, depending on your tracking number, with
the information list:

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after the order has been placed. Once these 12 hours have passed, the delivery process will start and no refunds can be made.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, we can give a full refund in case: You have not received your order within 45 working days. (The 2-10 business days that it takes to process your order and your payment are not included). You receive an item and you have changed your mind. Then you can send the unused product back to us. (You will be liable for the shipping costs). However, we can't make a refund in case: - Your order did not arrive due to any cause controlled by the customer (for example if you indicated the wrong address for the delivery)- Your order did not arrive due to any cause beyond our control (e.g. a natural disaster). After the 45 working days have passed, you have 10 days to request a refund via email at info@travelerequipment.com
Returns
If you are returning a product to us, please make sure you have satisfied all of the following requirement;
1) You have corresponded with a customer services representative. You can do this by email at info@travelerequipment.com
2) State your order number in your communication with us and reason for the return.
3) All returns should be in the original packaging with all items included unless agreed in writing. Items received incomplete will not be given a refund.
4) All return requests must be submitted within 45 days of purchase.
If your request is valid, we will issue a Return Authorization number and give you directions for shipping the product back. Once received back in the warehouse, we will refund the price of the item.
The returning of goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to insure the items appropriately. We will not be responsible for items damaged during transit back to us. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.
